2014 Membership Forms

Hi Everyone,
Attached are the membership forms for the Comox Valley Cycle Club. You can also buy a license online through CyclingBC http://cyclingbc.net/cycling-bc/members/. You will still need to fill out the club membership form and pay club dues.
